Top 20 Upcoming Most Wanted Big Smartphones: Expecting to launch In 2014 New Year

Say 'Bye, bye' to year 2013 and hello to mind-blowing 2014. A lot has been predicted and said about upcoming year in respect to technological innovation. From wearable computing devices to extra large tablets, everyone seems so excited about next year. With two of the biggest tech fests: CES and MWC, slated to bring some of the best looking devices into the market, we tried to segregate the top 20 upcoming handsets for you.

Based on rumors and speculations, Samsung is set to announce the successor to the Galaxy S4 at the MWC 2014. The Galaxy S5 is expected to have a 5-inch+ 2K display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC, 4GB RAM and 16MP rear-facing camera. The device is expected to be crafted of aluminum and should be out in the market by April.

Apart from Samsung Galaxy S5, Apple is also planning to launch the sixth generation iPhone next year. The exact release date is unknown, however, gossipmongers are working full time to speculate internal specs and features. Rumor has it that Apple could launch the iPhone 6 in September 2014. The phone would have a 4.8-inch IGZO display, A8 chipset (64-bit), 2GB RAM, TouchID fingerprint sensor and a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera. The device is expected to sell on a higher-side.

The year 2013 turned out to the mix year for the Taiwanese giant HTC. The makers behind the Desire 700 launched three big -ticket handsets (HTC One, HTC One Mini and HTC One Max) in the market. Out the three, HTC One made big waves in the international market with its charismatic design and beefy internal hardware. Since HTC One is treated as an old handset, the makers surely announce its successor at the upcoming MWC conference.

The HTC One 2 would have a 5-inch or bigger display having Full HD resolution. The phone is expected to have latest generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM and UltraPixel camera.
