Apple iOS 8.3 Release: Touch ID Not Working in App Store for Multiple Users

Post the release of iOS 8.3 for the Apple iPhone and the iPad on Wednesday a lot of users have turned to the Apple Support Communities, Reddit and Mac Discussion forums about the Touch ID not working in the App Store.

The issue has affected multiple iPhone and iPad models, which include the iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and iPad Air 2. However, the bug does not appear to affect all users.

The bug continues to hinder the usability of a lot of users regardless of whether Touch ID is listed as enabled for purchases under Settings --> iTunes & Appstore there is no proper solution for the bug yet.

Apple may consider fixing this bug by making a minor point update. This is not the first time Apple will do such an update, previously Apple upgraded iOS 8.0.1 to iOS 8.0.2 when the previous version malfunctioned immensely on grounds of WiFi and Touch ID.

The lack of Touch ID in Apple's App Store is the major concern for iOS users and the inconvenience caused is immense. Security is not a concern here which is a sigh of relief for all Apple users who are facing this problem.
