Videocon A20 and A30 Now Available in India at Rs 4,999 and Rs 7,999: What About Features?

    Back in November 2012, Videocon's two new dual-SIM smartphones were spotted online on Flipkart, a leading e-commerce website. Dubbed by the name of Videocon A20 and Videocon A30 smartphones with the status 'Coming Soon,' there was no information regarding the price and availability of these handsets.

    However, recently the India-based company has released an official press release on the same and has declared the launch of Videocon A20 and Videocon A30 smartphones at a price of Rs 4,999 and Rs 7,999 respectively across all major retail channels in the nation.

    Lets take a look a the a key specifications of the new dual-SIM smartphones individually.

    VideoconA20 will come boasting 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 320 x 480 pixel resolution, 1 GHz Qualcomm Scorpion, Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, 3MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, micro SD card slot supporting up to 16GB additional storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 1,350 mAh battery.

    Videocon A30 Key Specs

    On the other hand, A30 will boast better specs, featuring 4 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution, 1 GHz dual core Qualcomm Scorpion, Android 4.0 ICS OS, 5MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB additional storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 1,500 mAh battery.

    Further, Videocon has also pre-loaded wide range of apps on both the smartphones including Facebook, TOI, ET, History Eraser, Gesture Search, Google applications on the Videocon A20.
