At MWC 2014, mobile maker HTC bagged the best smartphone award for its One handset, and since then the Taiwanese tech firm has been teasing its fans for its upcoming successor due for launch today, ie. March 25. While, the event is simultaneously taking place in New York and London, HTC has promised to livestream it for its Indian and global fans as well.
Popularly known as One 2 dubbed the M8 and also 'One Up,' the soon-to-be-launched HTC One successor has been rumored to come with double-lens camera with depth-of-field feature to replace the need of digital SLRs.

Further, the HTC M8 is expected to boast an all-metal (airplane grade Aluminum) uni-body with zero-gap design with a big 16MP camera. Tech analysts also have predicted in the past, that the upcoming phone will run on the latest Android KitKat OS flavoured with custom Sense UI along with the latest 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 series CPU.
