Xiaomi Mi3 Budget Smartphone Now Available At Rs 13,999 in Flipkart: Top 10 Android Mobiles Rivals

While more new smartphone makers are making their way into the market with more and more new devices, it's quite interesting to see as to how many of those are from other parts of the planet.

Keeping the likes of Samsung, Sony, and even Indian brands such as Micromax at bay for the moment, you will see that Chinese makers are also getting into the race in recent times. And one such company is Xiaomi.

The company recently launched it brand new new mi3 smartphone for India. Doing a recap on the specs for the device, the mi3 sports a 5-inch IPS display offering a full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and 441ppi pixel density with Corning Gorilla glass protection.

It is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 (MSM 8974AB) processor coupled with 2GB DDR3 RAM and it runs a custom interface dubbed MIUI that is a very different take on Android.

The mobile phone also features a high-end camera modules. You will find a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, Sony Exmor BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture, 1080p full HD video recording along with a 2MP front-facing camera with similar specs as the rear camera.

The latest Xiaomi smartphone which measures 114mm×72mm×8.1mm and weighs 145g will house a 16 GB internal memory. Connectivity options include 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and NFC and will draw its energy from a 3050mAh battery.
