Xiaomi Mi4 - Highlighted Specifications

Xiaomi launched the Mi4 in China last year, but it wasn't available in India until now. As far as its specs sheet is concerned, it include a 5-inch IPS display, a 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM and 16 GB of native storage. It comes with an 8MP front-facing camera, and a 13MP rear-facing shooter camera with LED Flash, Sony IMX214 BSI sensor and 4K video recording.

The phone runs Xiaomi's MIUI 6, a customized OS on top of Google's Android mobile OS. The company says Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Mi4 will hit soon, although exact time frame is unavailable, at least, for the time being. The premium handset from Xiaomi comes fitted with a 3080mAh battery. It offers 3G connectivity, though LTE support is missing.

Xiaomi Mi4 is priced at Rs. 19,999. The first flash sale will be on Feb.10, and registrations will begin on the same day itself.

The makers have added a 2,800mAh battery. Plus, the device runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Samsung's native UI on top. Well, the Galaxy S5 doesn't  even come  close to the Mi4 in terms of specs and price.
