Xiaomi Redmi Note India Launch Happening Soon, Says Hugo Barra

Now that the year is practically over in terms of new releases, at least when it comes to flagships, it's time for those who have waited to start making real decisions. Xiaomi is finally in a mood to release the much-hyped Redmi Note in India. The good news is that the device could be launched in December, although we haven't got exact info on the same.

Xiaomi's Hugo Barra has revealed that the Redmi Note is close to getting unveiled in India. In a Facebook post mentioning its flash sale in Indonesia, he wrote, "Redmi Note coming to India next."

While Barra hasn't indicated an exact release date, it seems that the handset should be out soon. Last month, it was reported that Xiaomi could launch the Redmi Note, alongside the flagship Mi4.
