Xolo Q2500: 6 Inch HD Smartphone With Quad-Core Processor Launched at Rs 14,999

Unlike other Indian tech vendors, Xolo has maintained a high standard when it comes to quality and design of its phones.
Not long ago, the company launched a 4-inch dual-core smartphone, the Xolo A510s, in India. And now, Xolo has once again launched a new smartphone but at a higher price tag.

Xolo is all set to expand its Q Core series by introducing its latest 6-inch phablet, the Xolo Q2500. The phone has been spotted on Xolo's official site. Priced at Rs. 14,999, the device will go on sale sooner than expected.

Talking about the internal hardware, the Xolo Q2500 features a 6-inch HD IPS display having a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor with 500 MHz Mali 400MP2 GPU, backed by 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot.

Xolo Q2500: 6 Inch HD Smartphone With Quad-Core Processor Launched

This dual-SIM supported phone runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.

On the imaging front, the device incorporates an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with BSI sensor, a single LED Flash and support FHD video recording. There's a 2MP font-facing camera on the front side. The phone measures 8.9mm, and has a 3000mAh battery fitted inside.

Other connectivity options include: Dual-SIM, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, FM Radio and USB OTG support. Moreover, the Xolo Q2500 comes with a free flip cover.

For the reminder, Xolo launched the Q2000, a 5.5-inch HD smartphone, back in November.

The Micromax Canvas XL A119 has a 6-inch qHD display with resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be expandable up 32GB via a microSD. It has a 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing snapper.

The device houses 4GB of internal memory (1.7 GB user memory) and is expandable up to 32GB with microSD. Connectivity options remain regular with 3G, Wi-Fi, Dual-SIM, Bluetooth with A2D, GPS and more. The latest Canvas XL A119 which measures 165 x 84.2 x 10.4mm and weighs 180 grams is powered by a 2450mAh battery offering up to 9.5 hours of talk time. The device is priced at Rs. 13,990.
