One of the Chinese smartphone maker ZTE which has been operating in the Indian market for a long time now will most probably launch its most awaited Nubia Z7 Max smartphone in the sub-continent today.
Both, online retailer Snapdeal and ZTE have already started teasing the new device that will launch in India today. In fact, ZTE has hosted an event in Delhi, India today, where hopefully it will unveil the Nubia Z7 Max handset. It should be noted that ZTE has been teasing to launch the handset since last month itself and finally the time has come.
What still remains to be unknown is the model that the company is going to launch today. However, irrespective of whichever device ZTE is going to launch today, one thing is pretty clear that it will be selling that device exclusively via online retailer Snapdeal, as the teaser also bears a Snapdeal logo with "Exclusive On" on it. There could be a mild chances of company unveiling the other two devices in the same series comprising of Nubia Z7 and Z7 Mini at the event. But that's a wild guess which is hard to pan out in actuality.
ZTE Nubia Z7 Max: Key Specification
Nubia Z7 Max comes with a 152.7 x 76 x 8.7 mm dimension and weighs 160 grams. It sports a 5.5-inch HD capacitive touchscreen with 1080 x 1920 pixels and churns out the pixel density of 403 ppi.
The upcoming phone is powered by Qualcomm MSM8974AC Snapdragon 801 chipset (Krait 400 processor) clocked at 2.5 GHz and Adreno 330 GPU coupled with 2GB RAM. It runs on Android KitKat 4.4.2 OS.
Nubia Z7 Max features a 13 Megapixel rear camera with autofocus, LED flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama and HDR. The main difference would be the lack of an optical image stabilization as well as the dual-LED (dual tone) flash as compared to the Z7. There's also the same 5MP secondary camera as well. Other specs include: 32GB internal memory, microSD slot (up to 64GB), Li-Ion 3100 mAh battery.
GizBot will be updating you about the ZTE phone as soon as the show begins in Delhi. Until then Stay tuned!
