At the IFA 2014 trade show, along with other devices, ZTE also extra-thin smartphones - the Blade Vec 3G and Blade Vec 4G with elegant and modern design. Also the company announced the ZTE Kis 3 Max smartphone.
The ZTE Blade Vec 4G and its 3G sibling comes with a similar hardware components and as the name suggests the obvious difference is the 3G and 4G connectivity options.
The ZTE Blade Vec 4G comes with a 5 inch TFT display offering an HD resolution of 720x1280px. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 with quad-core CPU at speeds of up to 1.2 GHz per core coupled with 1GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage. It also supports Bluetooth and LTE. The phone runs on Android KitKat and has 13MP rear camera camera with flash and 2MP front facing camera. It is powered by a 2300 mAh Lithium-Ion battery.
The Blade Vec 3G comes with a same 5-inch display and is powered by MTK6582 Quad Core 1.3 GHz ARM Cortex A7 and has 1 GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage, expandable upto 32 GB via microSD card slot. Blade Vec 3 features a 8MP rear facing camera with flash, auto focus and a 5MP front facing snapper and runs on Android KitKat 4.4. Other specs include GPS, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Voice Recorder, FM Radio and 2300mAh battery.
The third phone from ZTE is the Kis 3 Max which is a budget device with 4.5-inch FWVGA display. It is powered by dual-core 1.3 GHz Cortex A7 chip from Mediatek coupled with 512MB RAM, 4GB internal storage and runs on Android 4.4.2. It has 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, Bluetooth 3.0 and is fueled by a 2,300 mAh battery.
Qin Xiaojun, CEO at ZTE Mobile Devices Germany, said, "The smartphones Blade Vec 3G, 4G and Kis 3 Max are the newest members of our popular Blade and Kis families. Our goal was to combine the latest technology in a trendy and appealing design."

As far as the pricing and availability are concerned, than the ZTE Blade Vec 4G will cost €230 (approx. Rs. 18,007) and has already launched in Turkey, France, Romania, Slovakia, Belgium, Norway and Sweden while the Blade Vec 3G will cost €180 (approx. Rs. 14,066) and will initially be available in Germany. Finally, the ZTE Kis 3 Max will cost €100 (approx. Rs. 7,828) when it launches in the UK, Germany, Greece and Bulgaria.
