ZTE V5 - Camera and Video
ZTE is promoting the V5 as the best selfie camera. The 5MP front-facing camera comes with a BSI sensor. When tested the front shooter, we somehow didn't like sample images. The pictures turned out to be grainy and full of noise.

The rear camera, on the other hand, uses a Sony EXMOR sensor to capture images. Though ZTE has fitted a 13MP rear camera into the device, images were not accurate. In fact, images taken in the indoor lighting came grainy and out of focus. Moreover, the camera took more time than usual to click pictures.

One more issue we had faced with the camera, however, was lack of appropriate camera settings. The camera UI is somewhat confusing, and lacks enough customization options.

Video imaging capability was decent enough. However, we'd be able to present a complete picture in our detailed review.
