Zync Cloud Z401 Smartphone Launched At Rs 4,499 Featuring Preloaded Social Networking Apps
Noida based Indian smartphone manufacturer, Zync Global has recently launched its Cloud Z401 smartphone in the market at Rs. 4,499. The device is quite affordable and comes with a 4 inch display.

Going by the specs the device features a 4 inch Capacitive Touch Screen IPS display.
It is powered by a 1 GHz Processor coupled with 256 MB DDR3 RAM and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread (With ICS UI) OS.
The Z401 is also equipped with a 2 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front facing shooter.
It houses an internal storage capacity of 512 MB which can be expanded up to 32GB by using microSD card.
Connectivity options include 2G (EDGE), Bluetooth v2.3, Micro USB Port and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g.
The phone is also compatible with additional features like Skype, Viber, Youtube, Yahoo messenger, Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Adobe Flash, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
This phone is available in two color variants- black and white and draws its energy from a 1300 mAh battery.
Speaking at the launch event, Amul Mohan Mittal, Co-Founder, Zync Global said, "After seeing the success of the low cost tablets, we have decided to extend our footprint in the low cost smartphone category as well. This category has great untapped potential and just like our tablets, we plan to offer maximum features at a very affordable price to appeal to our value conscious Indian consumers."
With Zync's wide distribution network of more than 500 dealers, the product would now be available at more than 51 cities. Along with these dealers, the Zync products can also be availed at all the major e-commerce platforms like Naaptol.com, IndiaTimes, Flipkart.com, HomeShop18 and Infibeam. The company is offering a one year comprehensive warranty with the handset along with a six months warranty on the accessories.
Talking about the competition, the newly launched budget friendly Cloud Z401 smartphone will have to face a fierce battle against most of the low range handsets. Among others Nokia Asha 210, Nokia Asha 501, Micromax Bolt A35, Karbonn A6, Samsung Galaxy Star S5282 are the most likely contenders.
