With built-in Wi-Fi, EOS 3000D lets you share your pictures with a single tap. The device also features Canon Camera Connect- a free application which enables you to transfer images and videos shot with eos 3000D to Android and iOS devices. It also sports 18-megapixel APS-C-size CMOS sensor, which is about 25 times larger than the sensor used in smartphone cameras. This allows it to capture more light and detail in images, and also contributes to the ability to achieve a beautiful background blur. Besides, the device is also small and lightweight.

Canon EOS 3000D Details

The Canon EOS 3000D is launched in India. Canon’s latest entry-level model DSLR represents excellent value, which features an APS-C-sized sensor(crop frame). This new inclusion to the Canon department comes with dimension as 7.7 x 12.9 x 10.2 cm (W x H x D), and weighs 389g(Body only). The device delivers high imaging performance and good images, with single lens reflex camera that complements the 18.0- megapixel and the DIGIC 4+ image processor. With its 9-point autofocus, improved white balance and wide sensitivity range, the camera lets you shoot stunning photos and Full HD movies.

 

     The captured pictures can be shot and shared remotely by using built in wifi via Canon Camera Connect app. The EOS 3000D sports a 2.7-inch LCD screen. There's also a 95%-coverage optical viewfinder (pretty standard on entry-level DSLRs).  It offers auto White balance with the imaging sensor. Then there is viewfinder of type pentamirror, with coverage of approx 95%.

 

      With the  DIGIC 4+ image processor, the standard ISO speed reaches 12,800. This helps in reducing motion blur caused by slow shutter speeds, which is common especially under low light conditions. It also gives full resolution shooting at 3 fps, which looks ideal for shooting sharp sports and action pictures. The device is available in market with 18-55mm kit lens by default. The Canon EOS 3000D is priced at Rs. 23,990 in Indian market.
