The biggest upgrade in this device is the addition of a DIGIC 7 processor, the newest available in any Canon camera. This brings with it upgrades to shooting performance, including a faster burst shooting rate. The camera also has compact metal body with a control dial around the lens, a dedicated exposure comp dial(Exposure compensation) on the top, and the usual rear dial on the rear.

Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II Details
The Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II is launched in India. It is an update to the original G7X. The device features 20.2MP, 1 inch BSI-CMOS sensor(Crop frame) paired with Canon's latest DIGIC 7 image processor. It has a 9-blade curved aperture diagram, as well as an ND(neutral density) filter. The camera has compact metal body with a control dial around the lens, a dedicated exposure comp dial(Exposure compensation) on the top, and the usual rear dial on the rear. The device comes with dimension as 4.2 x 6.1 x 10.5 cm(W x H x D), and weighs approx. 319g(including battery and memory card). It sports 3-inch tiltable LCD screen(180° upwards, 45° downwards).
The G7 X Mark II features 8 fps continuous shooting. The captured pictures can be shot and shared remotely by using wifi, NFC via camera app. With DIGIC 7 imaging processor, the ISO can be expanded up to 12800. That gives great shots, with noise effectively reduced. The camera lens has a fast maximum aperture range of F1.8-2.8 and equivalent focal range of 24-100mm.
The entry level Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II is priced at Rs. 41,740 in Indian market.
