Nikon D5 Details

The Nikon D5 is launched in India. It features single lens reflex digital camera that offers 20.8MP FX-Format CMOS sensor and 180K-pixel RGB metering sensor deliver phenomenally accurate subject recognition and image detail. The device boasts a new 3.2 inch, 2360k-dot LCD monitor, which offers touch operation. This high-resolution screen offers a platform, where you can easily check and select key images on the spot. Shoot in Live View and you can use touch operation to change the focus point, or acquire preset Spot White Balance data, based on the selected area within the frame. It comes with dimension: 6.3, x6.3, x3.7in.(W x H x D), and weighs Approx.1405g(battery and two XQD memory cards). This high end camera delivers high imaging performance and superior quality images, with CMOS sensor type featuring full frame(size 35.9mm x 23.9mm). It offers 4K UHD video recording at 30 fps.

  With an incredible 153 focus points and 99 cross-type sensors, the D5 offers exceptionally wide coverage. It offers auto White balance with the imaging sensor. Then there is viewfinder of type Eye-level pentaprism single-lens reflex viewfinder, with coverage of approx 100%. The new EXPEED 5 image processor enables the standard ISO speed to reach incredibly up to 3,280,000.

   It has new double XQD card slots which can easily handle the D5’s incredible capacity to shoot up to 200 NEF (RAW) images in one burst, and ensure the buffer is instantly cleared for the next burst. There is also a new USB 3.0 port which enables high-speed transfer of large amounts of data, with wireless and ethernet connection now 4 times faster. The high end Nikon D5 is priced at Rs. 4,45,950 in Indian market.
