Nikon Z7 Unique Features

As the Z7 is Nikon's high-resolution mirrorless offering, it's no surprise to see that it features a back-illuminated 45.7MP full-frame sensor with a native ISO range running from ISO 64 to 25,600. The Nikon Z7 also features an extended ISO range running from 32-102,400. To help you capture sharp images under a range of shooting scenarios, the Nikon Z7 features a built-in five-axis image stabilization system that offers up to five stops of compensation.

Nikon Z7 Details

The Nikon Z7 will go on sale in India from September 27. It is a full-frame mirrorless camera which is the first such offering for the company. It comes with dimension as 5.3 x 4 x 2.7 in.(W x H x D) and weighs Approx. 675 g(with battery and memory card). The device features a 45.7-megapixel sensor and supports the ISO 64-25600 range of standard sensitivities, which can be expanded up to 102400. The camera has 493 focus points, covering 90 percent of the imaging area both horizontally and vertically.

 

The Z7 comes with an electronic viewfinder for which a roughly 3690k-dot OLED panel has been adopted. This viewfinder has frame coverage and magnification of approximately 100 percent and 0.8 times, and approximately 37.0-degree diagonal viewing angle. It provides in-body image stabilization or vibration reduction that claims up to 5 stops efficiency with native Nikon Z lenses and 3 stops with adapted Nikon F lenses.

 

The device is powered by a new Expeed 6 image-processing engine. Besides, the mid-range sharpening option has been added to Picture Control sharpness parameters. Also, the camera offer 20 options of Creative Picture Control, supporting creative imaging expression. The effect level is adjustable from 0 to 100. The high-end Nikon Z7 body-only price has been set at Rs. 2,69,950.
