Sony Cybershot DSC-HX90V Details

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX90V is launched in India. It is the world's smallest superzoom camera. The camera sports an 18.2MP BSI(Crop frame) CMOS sensor. It sports the same pop-up OLED electronic viewfinder as Sony's RX100 III along with a 3-inch LCD that tilts upward 180 degrees. It comes with dimension as 4.02 x 2.28 x 1.42in.(W x H x D), and weighs approx 218g(only body) which makes it lighter to hold. The HX90V can record video at 1080/60p using the XAVC S codec, which allows for bit rates up to 50MBps. The camera also has built-in Wi-Fi with NFC as well as a GPS.

The device is powered by BIONZ X engine with advanced image processing technologies for faster image processing and detailed reproduction. Such processor is ideal for better ISO range(80 - 12800), that offers images with reduced noise. It comes with Intelligent Active Mode, featuring Sony's advanced frame-analysis technology and 5-axis 7 image stabilisation that compensates for camera shake. Its improved spatial object detection algorithm realises a more optimal and accurate lens drive to make AF even faster, for capturing more fleeting moments with ease.

The modes like Aperture priority (A)/Shutter-speed priority (S)/Manual (M) exposure modes, provide you with all the flexibility that you need to manually control exposure and adjust background blur in order to capture the image that you're looking for. With PlayMemories Camera Apps, you can enhance your creative expression with a growing range of enjoyable applications that are easy to download. The entry-level Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX90V price starts at Rs. 25,690 in the Indian market.
