The Asus Zenfone Max M2 is available in India and will be launched from 20th December 2018. The device sports a 6.3-inch HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. It is a notched display that has a screen resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC and pairs Adreno 506 GPU. It ships in two variants - 3GB RAM / 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM / 64GB storage variant. It sports a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, along with an 8-megapixel selfie camera with a selfie flash. Asus will be enabling EIS capabilities for the front camera as well. The camera app will also get a Pro mode for manual photography enthusiasts. Connectivity parts on board the Max M2 has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, v4.2, microUSB v2.0, with A-GPS, GLONASS, and dual Sim (Nano + Nano). The handset is fuelled by non-removable Li-Ion 4000 mah battery and runs Android 8.1(Oreo) out of the box. Sensors present are a Fingerprint sensor, an Accelerometer, a Gyroscope, and a Proximity. The handset is going to be available in an Indian market in Black, Blue, and Gold color variants. The Asus Zenfone Max M2 price starts from Rs. 9,999 for 3GB/32GB and Rs. 11,999 for 4GB/64GB variants.
