The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is launched in India. The phone has been creating a rave with superfine features. The mobile flaunts a 5.99 inch screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio, with resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. It is powered by an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 using 14nm technology that is coupled with Adreno 509 GPU, 3/4/6GB RAM and 32/64GB inbuilt storage. This storage can be expanded up to another 256GB with the help of a microSD card. The smartphone will sport a dual 13 MP + 5MP camera on the back with gyro EIS, phase detection autofocus and LED flashand. Up front, it uses a 8MP selfie camera with face unlock. Camera features  include geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama. The connectivity aspects on board include wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, wi-fi direct, hotspot, v5.0,, microUSB v2.0, with GPS, GLONASS and dual sim (Nano + Nano).

      Regarding backup, the Pro M1 is fuelled by a massive non-removable Li-Ion 5000 mAh battery, which claims to last a long time with the 14nm Snapdragon 636 chipset, and also comes with fast charging(5V/2A). It runs Android 8.1(Oreo), out of the box. There is fingerprint sensor next to the rear camera, which unlocks the phone in 0.3 seconds. Other sensors include accelerometer, proximity and compass.

      The handset is available in Meteor Silver and Deepsea Black colors. The Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 is priced at Rs. 10,999/12999/14,999 for 3/4/6GB and 32/64/64GB variant.
