The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is launched in India. The device sports a 6.39-inch QHD+ (1440 x 3120 pixels) curved OLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, DCI-P3 HDR support, 86.9 percent screen-to-body ratio, and high colour saturation. The smartphone is powered by the flagship Kirin 980 octa-core SoC paired with Mali-G76 MP10 GPU and 6GB RAM option. Internal storage option is 128GB which is expandable up ro 256GB. Coming to the camera, the device includes a triple camera setup consisting of a primary 40-megapixel primary wide angle lens with f/1.8 aperture, a 20-megapixel ultra wide angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a third 8-megapixel 3X telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. These sensors are coupled with LED flash and Super HDR. There is a 24-megapixel RGB selfie camera at the front, with support for 3D facial unlocking.

Connectivity aspects on board the Mate 20 Pro include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, DLNA, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, v5.0, A2DP, aptX HD, LE, 3.1 Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, with A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and hybrid dual Sim. It packs a non-removable Li-Po 4200 mah battery that supports quick and wireless charging and runs Android 9.0(Pie) out of the box. Sensors include an In-Display Fingerprint, an Accelerometer, a Compass, a Gyroscope, a Light sensor, and a Proximity sensor. The device is present in Black, Twilight, Midnight Blue, and Green colors in the Indian market. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro price starts at Rs. 69,990.
