The Itel A44 Pro is launched on 20th March, 2018. The device has nearly identical specifications to the A44, except it bears a 5.45-inch HD+ (720x1440 pixels), 2GB RAM and 16GB of storage. The device also bears an 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture, but features the same 5-megapixel front camera, both with flash. The smartphone has 8GB of inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card (dedicated slot). The handset is also touting a bike mode, face unlock, and fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. Other sensors on the Itel A44 include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The device is available in Champagne Black, Rose Gold and Red colors.


The smartphone comes with a 5.45 inches capacitive touchscreen display with a screen resolution of 480 x 960 pixels and display type of IPS LCD.


The smartphone makes use of a quad core MediaTek MT6737M that is coupled with Mali-T720 MP2 GPU, 1GB RAM and 8GB default memory capacity. This storage can be expanded up to another 128GB with the help of a microSD card.


The handset sports a 5MP camera with LED Flash. Up front, the smartphone from itel makes use of a 8MP camera with LED Flash.
