The Lenovo A5 is launched in India. The mobile features a 5.45-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass display bearing 1440 × 720 pixels resolution clubbed with 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6739 64-bit chipset with PowerVR Rogue GE 8100 GPU. It packs 3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. On the imaging front, it boasts 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture and an 8MP selfie snapper with f/2.2 aperture..

 Connectivity options on board the A5 include dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, wifi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. The mobile is backed by a 4000mAh battery. Concerning software, the phone runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based ZUI 3.9. It features a fingerprint sensor on the back panel. Other sensors include accelerometer, proximity and light sensor.

  The mobile will be available in Indian market in Black and Gold colors. The Lenovo A5 is priced at Rs. 6,290 for 3GB/16GB variant.
