Meizu M6S had launched in India. The important features constitute- more compactness with edge to edge display. The mobile features larger 5.7” HD+ display in M6 generation. Its rounded corners match the curves of the metal body. With innovative 18:9 cutting edge aspect ratio, it looks sleek. The mobile is powered by an all new, smarter version of the Halo button, powered by super mback. This button enables a new and quicker way to switch between applications. The exquisite design is instantly recognisable. The back cover looks sandblasted, with a type of zircon sand, and the corners on either side are smooth and rounded. The phone is powered by a hexa core Samsung’s Exynos 7872 SoC. There is also 14nm FinFET process giving fast, precise and efficient performance. It is coupled with 3GB RAM, 32/64GB default storage and that can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. The 16MP sensor and the ISP of the Samsung Exynos 7872, gives superfine pictures. The Samsung CMOS adds f/2.0 aperture and a customized 5P lens, allowing maximum light to fall and producing crisp images. The 8MP front camera also adopts Samsung CMOS, generating vivid and natural looking selfies.
Connectivity aspects on board the M6s include wi fi 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless network(operable between 5GHz and 2.4GHz), dual band, hotspot, bluetooth 4.2, and supports BLE. It also features A-GPS, GLONASS and etc. It packs a non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mah battery, with fast charging technology and gets more efficient with 18W m-charge. The present of AI engine, optimizes the power consumption to effective use. There is fingerprint sensor which unlocks the phone within 0.2 second. The other sensors are linear motor, pressure sensor, gravity sensor, infrared proximity sensor, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, touch sensor, and digital compass. It runs Android 7.1(Nougat) based on Flyme 6 OS, out of the box.
The handset is available in market in Black, Silver White, Gold and Blue colors. The Meizu M6s is priced at Rs. 11,999 for 3GB and 32/64GB variants.
