The Motorola Moto G6 Plus is launched in India. The phone features a 5.9-inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC coupled with Adreno 508 GPU, 6GB RAM, with 64GB of onboard storage. The storage can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. At the back of the phone is a dual-rear camera setup with 12MP+5MP cameras with f/1.7 aperture lens, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED dual-tone flash. At the front is a 16MP camera. Other features include geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama and HDR and dual pixel autofocus. The phone features p2i-rated water-repellent coating protects it from splashes and light rain. The connectivity aspects on board the Moto G6 Plus include wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, wifi direct, hotspot, v5.0, A2DP, LE, EDR, 2.0, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, with A-GPS, GLONASS, and dual sim.
The mobile is equipped with a 3200mAh battery with the company’s turbo power fast charging technology. It runs Android 8.0(Oreo), out of the box. As far as sensors are concerned, the unit houses fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
The smartphone is available in the market in Deep Indigo color. The Motorola Moto G6 Plus is priced at Rs. 22,499 for 6GB and 64GB variant.
