The Nokia 3.1 comes with more sensors to support popular AR apps like Pokemon Go, as well as Google Play via NFC. It also offers free update with Android P version. The smartphone works faster because of the snappy processor. Besides, it also has better RAM and storage.

The Nokia 3.1 is expected to launch in June, 2018. The unit has Aluminium sides and flaunts a 5.2 inch with HD+ resolution. It also flashes a newer 18:9 aspect ratio display, offering perfect cinematic view. The display is protected from damage with Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The smartphone is powered by an octa core MediaTek 6750 processor, coupled with Mali-T860MP2 GPU, 2 / 3 GB RAM and 16 / 32 GB default memory capacity. This storage can be expanded up to another 256GB with the help of a microSD card. In terms of optics, the handset is equipped with 13MP main camera with auto-focus, while the front camera is 8MP.

    Connectivity aspects on board the Nokia 3.1 include wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n, hotspot, v4.2, microUSB v2.0, USB On-The-Go, with A-GPS, GLONASS and dual sim (micro + micro). Battery is 2990 mAh on the phone, and it also comes with more sensors to support popular AR apps like Pokémon Go, as well as Google Pay via NFC. But talking about some known sensors. The phone includes ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope and magnetometer. It runs Android 8.0(Oreo) which might update with Android P, out of the box.
