The Nokia 7.1 is launched in India and its sale will start from 6th December, 2018. The device sports a PureDisplay Full HD+ 5.84 inch screen which comes with 19:9 resolution. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 mobile platform that is coupled with Adreno 509 GPU, 3/4 GB RAM and 32 / 64 GB default memory capacity. This storage can be expanded up to another 400 GB with the help of a microSD card. It has a 12-megapixel (RGB) + 5-megapixel (Monochrome) dual rear cameras with ZEISS Optics and fast accurate autofocus. The 8-megapixel AI enhanced front facing camera supports facial recognition. Connectivity option on board the 7.1 include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/ac/g/n, hotspot, v5.0, A2DP, LE, USB Type-C, with A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and hybrid dual Sim. It packs a 3060mAh battery with support for USB Type-C fast charging that can charge the phone from 0 to 50% in just 30 minutes. The phone runs Android 8.1(Oreo)(Android One) with an update to Android 9.0 Pie in future. Sensors include a Fingerprint Sensor, an Ambient light sensor, a Proximity sensor, an Accelerometer, a Gyroscope, and a G-sensor. The phone is available in Blue color in India. The Nokia 7.1 price starts from Rs. 19,999 for 4GB and 64GB variant.
