The Oppo A3 has launched in India. With the launch, the smartphone reveals its some of the best features. It flaunts a 6.2 inch full HD+ LTPS display, with a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a pixel density of 405 ppi. The phone is powered by an octa core MediaTek Helio P60 SoC processor, coupled with 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB inbuilt storage. The internal storage can be expandable up to 256GB via microSD card slot. Regarding photography, it features a 16-megapixel rear sensor along with a LED flash. Up front, the phone makes use of an 8-megapixel camera with a f/2.2 aperture. There is also a game mode for uninterrupted gaming, gestures optimised for the bezel less display, and an AI-based smart assistant. It is also said to be 128-point face recognition technology that can unlock a smartphone in as little as 0.08 seconds.
Connectivity aspects on board the A3 include 4G VoLTE, dual-band wi-fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, micro-USB with OTG, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It sports a 3400 mah battery, which keeps running the show for a longer time. The handset runs ColorOS 5.0 based on Android 8.1(Oreo), out of the box. Sensors on board the mobile include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, and a proximity sensor.
The smartphone is present in market in Black, Pink, Red, and Silver colours. The Oppo A3 is priced at Rs. 21,999. It is yet to be cleared regarding price for two different variants. We will update the price segment, after complete information.
