The device features a geometric gradient rear panel with a circular fingerprint scanner. It has four cameras at the rear panel which are housed inside a square-shaped array on the top-left. The Realme branding is inscribed at the bottom left of the handset. Upfront, the Realme C15 sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display. It has an HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a screen-to-body ratio of 88.7 percent. Furthermore, the display comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and features a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. The big sized display is suitable for 720p videos online on platforms like YouTube and others.

Coming to the colour options, the Realme C15 Qualcomm Edition will be selling in Power Blue and Power Silver shades as the standard model.
