One of the highlights of the A7 (2018) is an IP68 mud/waterproof which works effectively as much as 1.5m for 30 minutes and has a Samsung Pay function. Another spotlight of the A7 (2018) is having a triple rear digital camera behind the gadget. It has 24 MP, f/1.7, PDAF + eight MP, f/2.four, 13mm (ultrawide) + 5 MP, f/2.2, depth sensor with LED Flash. Additional digital camera options in taking pictures like a professional are the HDR, Panorama and many extras. Besides, the phone has a Loudspeaker built-in and supported with a three.5mm jack for headphones. It has added a further function of Dolby Atmos sound and lively noise cancellation with a devoted mic.

The Samsung Galaxy A7(2018) is launched in India. The mobile sports a large 6-inch full-HD+ (1080 x 2280 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity Display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. It is powered by an octa-core Samsung Exynos 7885 which is coupled with 4GB/ 6GB of RAM and 64GB/ 128GB of inbuilt storage. The storage is expandable via microSD card (up to 512GB). In terms of optics, it sports a triple camera set up at the back. This setup consists of a 24-megapixel autofocus sensor with f/1.7 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra wide sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor with a fixed focus and f/2.2 aperture. On the front, it comes with a single 24-megapixel selfie fixed focus camera sensor that has f/2.0 aperture, LED flash, Selfie Focus, and Pro Lighting Mode.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, ANT+, NFC (subject to region) with Samsung Pay support, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The handset packs a non-removable Li-Ion 3300 mah battery and runs Android 8.0(Oreo) out-of-the-box. Sensors include an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, RGB light sensor, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The mobile is available in Blue, Black, Gold and Pink colors in the Indian market. The Samsung Galaxy A7(2018) price starts at Rs. 23,990 for 4GB/64GB and Rs.28,990 for 6GB/128GB variants.
