The Samsung Galaxy J4 is launched in India. The unit features a traditional 16:9 aspect ratio display. It flaunts a 5.5-inch sized Super AMOLED panel with 720 x 1280 HD resolution and a pixel density of 267 pixels per inch. Running under the hood is a quad-core Samsung Exynos 7570 SoC clocked at 1.4 GHz with a Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. In terms of memory, it is coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage. The storage can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. For imaging, the phone comes equipped with a 13-megapixel resolution snapper at the rear, coupled with an f/1.9 aperture. The front-facing camera uses a fixed-focus 5-megapixel sensor paired with an f/2.2 aperture. The Selfie flash on the front features three-level adjustment to avoid image degradation and glare when you capture selfies.

      The Galaxy J4 has connectivity aspects such as wifi 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz, bluetooth 4.2 low energy, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and 4G VoLTE. It packs a 3000mAh capacity removable battery claimed to deliver up to 13 hours of browsing over LTE and 18 hours of video playback. The handset runs Android 8.0(Oreo) operating system out of the box, with the Samsung Experience custom UX layer on top.

      The mobile is available in Black, Gold, Lavender and Purple colors. The Samsung Galaxy J4 is priced at Rs. 9,990 for 2GB and 16GB variant.
