The Vivo V15 looks similar to the Vivo V15 Pro with a plastic gradient plastic. The smartphone has a triple rear-camera setup at the back with a fingerprint sensor. At the front, the device has a 6.53-inch IPS LCD screen with FHD+ resolution, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass. The display offers an all-screen design with no notch no bezel finish.

The Vivo V15 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P70 SoC, which is an octa-core chipset that comes with ARM Mali-G72 MP3.
