The Vivo V9 is launched in India on March 23, 2018. The phone has an edge-to-edge display, which has a space on top for the camera, just like the iPhone X’s notch. The handset comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 octa-core processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The display will have an aspect ratio of 19:9, and not 18:9 as some other edge-to-edge displays. It runs Android 8 Oreo OS with the company’s FunTouch OS 4.0 on top. In terms of imaging, the V9 has a dual camera system on the back with 16MP primary and 5MP secondary depth sensor. On the front is a 24MP selfie camera with AI assisted beauty modes. The handset is available in Pearl Black and Gold colors.
