The Vivo V9 Pro is launched in India. The smartphone sports a 6.3-inch (1080 x 2280 pixels) Fullview Display 2.0. The display panel is notably said to enable a screen-to-body ratio of around 90 percent. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 AIE SoC that is coupled with Adreno 512GPU and 6GB of RAM. The phone has 64GB of onboard storage that is expandable up to 256GB. In terms of photography, the phone sports a dual rear camera setup that comprises a 13-megapixel primary sensor with LED flash and a f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. On the front, there is a  16-megapixel sensor with a f/2.0 aperture. The front camera has features like AI selfie lighting and AI face beauty.

Connectivity options on board the V9 Pro include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB OTG, and a Micro-USB port. The mobile packs a non-removable 3260 mah battery and runs Android 8.1(Oreo) based on Funtouch OS 4.0. Sensors include a Fingerprint, an Accelerometer, Gyro, Proximity, and Compass. The smartphone is available in the Indian market in Black color. The Vivo V9 Pro price starts at Rs. 17,999 for 6GB/64GB variant.
