The Yu Yureka Black was launched on 5th June, 2017. The device comes with a 5-inch IPS LCD Full HD (1,080 x 1,920 pixels) display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The smartphone makes use of an octa core 1.4 Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 that is coupled with Adreno 505 GPU, 4GB RAM and 32GB default memory capacity. This storage can be expanded up to another 64GB with the help of a microSD card. The Yureka Black houses a 13MP (Sony IMX258) back camera and an 8MP selfie shooter for photography/videography needs. There is a front flash present for low light condition. The connectivity aspects on board the device include Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, hotspot, v4.2, A2DP, microUSB v2.0, USB OTG, Yes, with A-GPS support and hybrid dual sim (Nano + Nano). The smartphone is fuelled by a 3,000mAh Li-polymer battery which claims to deliver a talk time up to 21 hours (3G) or 28 Hours (2G). A single charge can keep the show running for around 2 days on standard usage. It runs Android v6.0 (Marshmallow) OS, out of the box. The device features a front fingerprint sensor which can unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds.  Other sensors include Light sensor, Proximity sensor and Accelerometer.
