Airtel Launches 4G LTE Services in Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara and Kapurthala
India's leading telecom service provider Airtel has today launched its 4G services in Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Phagwara and Kapurthala in Punjab. The company had already rolled out 4G LTE services in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula in Punjab and Haryana back in March. Moreover, even Ludhiana and Jalandhar got the same service back in May.
Airtel has also launched a special pack of Rs. 999 and Rs. 995 (for prepaid) that comes with 10GB of 4G data. Moreover, for its customers' comfort, Airtel has also set up special demo zones and kiosks in Amritsar, Kitchlu Chowk, Hoshiarpur, Kotwali Bazar, Guru Hargobind Nagar, and in Kapurthala at Court Chowk. Airtel customers can access 4G services via dongles, Wi-Fi CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment/ routers) and mobile phones in these cities.

Currently, the devices which support Airtel 4G bands are Apple iPhone 5S with model number A1530 and A1518, iPhone 5C (models A1529 and A1516).
