Amazon Go store is a result of intensive testing and it aims at Amazon's attempt of rewinding the one-click shopping concept of the internet, this time the aim is for physical stores. As per some reports after a user has entered the shop using QR code Amazon card the automated shelves which are fitted with weight sensors help determine whether the item is being purchased or not. When it comes to making the payment of the products purchased, the amount will be debited from users account which was used to enter the store and make the puechase.

As per some reports on recode the store resembles like a high-tech version of a regular 7 eleven store. The reports further claims that when a customer enters the shop he/she is greeted by a selection of salads, sandwiches and beverages along with ready to eat meals for breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

The interesting part is that Amazon Go store will also feature a small selection of beer and wine along with producing meat. The Amazon Go store will also have a separate section of Whole Foods along with chips, cookies and nuts which will be made available by the grocers 365 days round the clock.

From further reports from GeekWire the Company says that tracking is précised to such an extent that it could distinguish people stand next to each other. Like we mentioned earlier the shelves are embedded with weight sensors, so the system knows when customers pick the items and put them back. It can also distinguish which customer is picking the object for purchase and who is just browsing the items.

We hope that one of such store should open in India soon, however till then we can continue using Amazon for one click shopping.
