Apple is launching the much anticipated and awaited iPad 3 aka iPad HD today, March 7th. But this is not all and the company is all set to throw another surprise to the users with the release of the updated version of the operating system. The new version of iOS will be iOS 6. As per the report, the call logs clearly show that Apple employees are already using the latest updated iOS version for web surfing.

The source reports that while they were digging through the logs to prepare the monthly browser statistics report, they found 346 visits from a new device which has a screen resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels. This is rumored to be the resolution of a Retina Display that is used in the next generation iPad, iPad HD. A quick search over the internet indicated that there are few devices that in use currently with this resolution.

Right now, the consumers have the access to the iOS 5 and the company is all set to launch the iOS 5.1 soon. But now, the existence of the iOS 6 is really an unexpected news for all of us in the tech world. Already in Twitter, this news has created a great frenzy with people becoming ecstatic about the recent offering of Apple. The expectations about this is on the rise and it is still not clear if this will be unveiled along with the iPad 3.
