Apart from the Asus ZenFone 2, the Taiwan-based electronic giant has also unveiled ZenFone Zoom at CES 2015 in Las Vegas. This smartphone is similar to that of the Zenfone 2 with enhancement in the camera department. Zenfone Zoom is specificallt targetted among the photography users. The ZenFone Zoom comes with 3X optical zoom camera, along with optical image stabilization and laser auto-focus.

Similar to ZenFone 2, Asus Zoom sports a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display with 1920x1080 resolution which translates 403ppi, protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by Quad-core Intel Atom 64-bit processor and supports storage upto 128GB along with ASUS WebStorage 5GB (lifetime).
Moving on to the imaging part, Zoom features 13MP rear camera with f/2.7- to 4.8-aperture, 10-element lenses with 3X optical zoom, optical image stabilization (OIS), laser auto-focus and dual-color Real Tone flash, 5MP front camera with /2.0-aperture, wide-angle (88-degree) lens with Pano Selfie. It also has PixelMaster features like Low Light mode / Backlight (HDR) mode / Enhanced Beautification mode / Manual mode / Zero shutter lag.
Also, the camera is capable of 12x digital zoom for detailed view. Among other imaging features, ZenFone Zoom packs optical image stabilizer (OIS) for shake-free photos, laser auto-focus, and manual mode to control of ISO settings, shutter speed, true tone LED.
On the connectivity part, it supports 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS / A-GPS / GLONASS, 4G LTE and the sensors like Accelerometer, proximity, ambient-light, gyroscopic, digital compass and Hall-effect sensors.
Coming in Meteorite black /Glacier white, it powered by a huge 3000mAh battery and carries a price tag of $399(approx Rs. 25,300). According to Asus, Zenfone Zoom will hit the shelves in Q2, 2015 in the market.
