HP, Inc. today unveiled a series of new products at CES 2018, ushering in the next generation of personal computing and enabling a wide range of exciting PC experiences.

The latest HP products take PC performance, design, and functionality to new heights - ranging from the world's most powerful convertible and its newest Always-Connected PC 2-in-1 to a groundbreaking 3D camera and cutting-edge gaming technology.

HP Spectre x360 15

The HP Spectre x360 15 has been designed to deliver power and performance for creative enthusiasts. Thus for fast and responsive performance and graphics capabilities, the new laptop comes with Intel's latest 8th-generation Core i7-8705G processor with Radeon RX Vega M graphics. As per the company, this variant of the Spectre x360 offers up to 12 hours battery life with Fast Charge technology which the company claims 50 percent charge in 30 minutes.

There is another model which features quad-core 8th-generation Intel Core processor (unnamed) with Nvidia GeForce MX 150 graphics. The company says that this variant offers up to 13.5 hours of battery life and it comes with Fast Charge technology which helps to charge the device up to 90 percent in 30 minutes.

The 2-in-1 is built from an aluminum CNC machined chassis with a new angular profile of 19.5mm and it weighs 2.1 kg. The HP Spectre x360 15 will be offered in Dark Ash Silver color with Copper Luxe accents. The laptop sports a 15.6-inch 4K (2160x3840 pixels) UHD diagonal touch display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for added protection. Security features include an IR camera with Windows Hello and a fingerprint reader. It also has optional HP Tilt Pen. The Spectre x360 15 will be available in the US starting March at $1369.99 (roughly Rs. 87,116).

The HP Envy x2 is an 'Always-Connected' purpose-built to be always-on and always ready to deliver great work experience. The fanless PC comes with CNC machined aluminum shell and is 7.9 mm thick and it weighs 766 grams. The laptop features a 12.3-inch WUXGA+ display with Gorilla Glass 4 for added protection.

It is powered by the 7th-generation Intel Core Y-Series processors, coupled with 8GB LPDDR3 RAM and 256GB PCIe SSD storage. The hybrid runs on Windows 10 Home OS and the company has stated that it delivers battery life of up to 17 hours. Connectivity options include Connected Modern Standby for Wi-Fi and LTE-Advanced support.

"The leather-like textured case in Oxford Blue integrates an adjustable stand to transform the device into laptop, reading and tablet modes. The backlit keyboard has a 1.3 mm key travel for a smooth typing experience in any lighting condition. The Windows Ink pen offers a natural drawing and writing experience with simultaneous pen and touch," the company said in a statement.

The HP Pavilion Wave is a unique desktop built around a fully integrated, advanced audio system to play music, listen to movies, and web chats making it the perfect device to take productivity and multitasking to the next level with Amazon Alexa. With this PC customers can control music, timers, alarms, smart home devices and more simply by asking Alexa while web browsing, working, or streaming content.

"It now will offer a custom LED to indicate Alexa is listening. Working with Intel and Amazon engineers to optimize Intel Smart Sound Technology to help deliver a hands-free experience, the 360-degree multi-directional reflective audio can hear voice commands from any angle." The HP Pavilion Wave will start shipping in Spring 2018 and will come at a price of $549.99 (roughly Rs. 34,935).

HP OMEN X 65 Big Format Gaming Display

HP OMEN X 65 Big Format Gaming Display

The OMEN X 65 Big Format Gaming Display with NVIDIA G-SYNC is a next-generation big format gaming display for the home. The set sports a 65-inch 4k (2160x3840 pixels) diagonal display with HDR10 support, 120Hz refresh rate with ultra-low latency, and 1,000 nits peak luminance. The display comes with Nvidia G-Sync and Nvidia Shield integration for an incredible fluidity to the screen and improved gaming experience. OMEN X 65 Big Format Gaming Display with NVIDIA G-SYNC is planned to be available in Fall 2018. Pricing will be disclosed closer to product availability.

OMEN Game Stream

OMEN Game Stream allows gamers to play top AAA games anytime and anywhere by leveraging the power and performance of their OMEN PC on any Windows 10 device with a high-speed internet connection. OMEN Game Stream further offers a connected cloud gaming experience meaning gamers can now take their OMEN gaming experience with them on-the-go. OMEN Game Stream is planned to ship on OMEN systems in Spring 2018.

HP Z 3D Camera

HP Z 3D Camera

HP Z 3D Camera empowers visual and physical design experiences for digital creatives to create realistic 3D digital images from real objects by bringing the Sprout by HP experience to the PC.

"Designed for CG artists, 3D designers, game developers and digital fine artists, the HP Z 3D Camera extends the Sprout Pro G2 experience to an accessory that easily attaches to a computer display17 and connects via USB to capture and digitize 3D objects, 2D documents, and live video," the company said.

The HP Z 3D camera sports a magnetic badge that can be used to attach it to monitors discreetly. It creates life-like digital images by rotating an object with the user's hands or positioning under the camera. With tracking and scanning software that is easy to download, it constructs the 3D model in real time.

Workflows are enhanced by scanning objects with computer-graphics-friendly resolutions that maintain separate texture maps for physical-based rendering (PBR) and AR, VR and mixed reality content creation. The HP Z 3D camera is planned to be available in the US only in March 2018 for $599 (roughly Rs. 38,117).
