'I click' is an innovative technology-based public complaint filing system of local police for fighting and controlling all kinds of crimes in a tech-savvy manner, he said. With the help of this system, any person can walk into the ATM, and lodge a police complaint on any issue without visiting any police station or police office, he said.

"I click' is an user-friendly, touch–screen based complaint lodging system, which is directly connected to the control room of police," the spokesperson said, adding, the moment the complaint is lodged, the person gets an acknowledgement slip and also an SMS alert, if she/he provides any mobile number.
