India's largest e-commerce platform, Flipkart is all set to bring back the Big Shopping Days sale which will kick off May 13.

According to the company, this four-day sale will make shopping affordable for all customers through offers on debit and credit card transactions.

 

It said that customers will also have multiple easy payment options on big purchases such as no cost EMI on Bajaj Finserv Limited and Credit Card transactions, EMI on Debit Card transactions and buy now and pay later.

Additionally, through this sale, customers can also avail of valuable services from such as Buy Back Guarantee and Extended Warranty on select products, the domestic e-commerce platform further said.

"Key categories during the sale will be mobiles, large appliances which are likely to be a big hit among customers. It is expected that these categories will experience 6 times more growth," the company added.

The company also confirmed that customers can also avail up to 80 percent off on laptops, cameras, power banks, tablets and other electronic gadgets. TVs & Appliances will be available at a discount of up to 70 percent, with some key models of TVs being on flash sales. The sale is expected to generate 10-15 times of business on electronic products and large appliances.

Besides this company is will also launch its Games Corner where customers will stand a chance to play and win laptops, mobiles & more top-rated products, all at just Re.1, along with a chance to get 100 percent cash back on their Big Shopping Days purchase.

Flipkart also said that the sale will cover 20+ lakh styles of clothing, footwear, accessories and other fashion essentials. These will be available at a 50-80 percent discount.

Meanwhile, the company is likely to sell more than 70 percent stake to Walmart and Google's parent Alphabet, TOI reported.

"The M&A is expected to be signed over the weekend and a formal announcement is due mid-next week, " report further said.
