Flipkart Big Freedom Sale orders get cancelled without consumer's consent

Last week Flipkart conducted the Big Freedom sale from August 10 to August 12. During the sale, the e-commerce website has given a lot of offers on a wide range of product. Many of us have enjoyed shopping during the sale with heavy discounts on the products. But what if you order something and it got cancelled without your concern?

Yes, this happens to some buyers, Flipkart has cancelled the ordered item from their side for some buyers without even informing them. We tried connecting with the e-commerce website customer care executive. According to the customer care executive the order was cancelled because of the retailers not because of the e-commerce.

But this is not a justification for cancelling customers order without their concern. The executive suggested to reorder the product, but there was no point in ordering the product because the sale is already gone and the price of the products is increased.

Ther are many buyers who have posted their complaint regarding order cancellation on Flipkart complaint forum. It is good that Flipkart comes with this kind of sales for its consumers, but they should at least tell the exact reason for cancelling someone's order before. So that he or she can get place the order at the same time.

During the sale, we have also faced some errors while making the payment for the products. Especially when the orders are placed via EMI options. Flipkart should take care of all these minor bugs with their app so that consumer will not face any problem while making their transaction.
