Google has changed its privacy policy

Google has changed its privacy policy and also streamlined the same across all the services like video, email, search and social network. About 60 policies are clubbed together in one and this will take into effect right from March 1st 2012.

The company claims that this new policy will offer the users more and more related results and also help the advertisers to find out the consumers. Earlier, Google faced lot of criticism about the sharing of users' data.

The company is now rolling out a new privacy policy that will cover up the majority of the products and also explain the information that is collected. It also described how the information is used. This single privacy policy will be applied to Google search, YouTube, Google + and Gmail.

The main change will be applied to the users who have a Google account. Once the users are signed in to the account, the website will suggest the search queries and also tailor the search results as per the interests mentioned in the social network.
