Google introduces audiobooks on Google Play

Google which is known for its latest technology and innovations has recently launched the Google audiobooks which are available at Google Playstore.
This could be a boon for all the readers who experience some kind of difficulty while reading when they are commuting or are on the go.

The Google audibooks has been made available for 45 countries in nine different languages. Google audiobooks are for book lovers who find it hard to manage time to complete reading their books. With this a user can simply plug in their earphones to their mobile devices or even connect a speaker with the phone to listen to the audiobooks. Users can now find their favorite books in the audio form and can listen it on android, iOS and on the web with Google Play books along with the devices which include the Google Assistant.

Let's have a look at what Google has in store for us when it comes to audiobook.

Audiobook with Google Assitant- A user just needs to give a voice command" Ok Google, read my book) to listen to their desired novel or any other book. It gives a hands free experience as the Google Assistant can be accessed by just giving the voice command, and the device will read out the contents of the book on phone or speaker whichever the user is using.

The automatic reading of the story can also be paused if a user needs a break to complete any left out task or if the user has to go out and can't read further. The time duration of a reading a story can also be adjusted, suppose a reader has only 15 minutes of spare time, he simply needs to give a voice command "Ok Google, stop playing in 10 minutes) and Google will stop reading the book after 10 minutes. This comes as an interesting feature of the audiobooks.

No subscription required: Google has made available some free preview features for the book so that a user can check before hand whether he wants to continue with the story or start a new one.
