Infinix Wants You To Do More Than Shop At Its New Retail Store
You don’t really expect a coffee corner, robotic arm or anything else really at a smartphone store. But, Infinix has just opened a new retail space and has just made shopping for technology a more immersive experience.

The company has opened a new store in Bali, Indonesia, that brings its devices, coffee, art and lifestyle elements into one space. The idea is to give visitors something to explore beyond the products on the shelves, while introducing them to Infinix's “Joy Tech” philosophy.
A Tech Store With A Coffee Break Built In
The new Infinix store features a coffee brand developed by the company, called n_x. Visitors can try its coffee while exploring the product range, adding a more relaxed element to what is usually a device-focused shopping experience.
The store's design also leans into a futuristic look. Curved product displays, reflective metallic surfaces and blue lighting give the space a distinct visual identity, while a robotic-arm installation adds an interactive touch.
Infinix describes the concept as a five-senses experience, with technology, design, coffee and creative elements coming together. The company says Bali's local culture also influenced the store's identity.
From Smartphones To Laptops, Infinix Brings Its Wider Portfolio Under One Roof
The store is not limited to smartphones. Visitors can explore products across Infinix's device lineup, including laptops, tablets, smartwatches, wireless earbuds and accessories.
The showcased laptops include the XBook 15 and XBook 14 Neo, while the tablet range features the XPad 30 Pro and XPad Edge. The smartphone display includes devices from the Note, Hot and GT series, such as the Note 60 series, Hot 70, Note Edge and GT 50 Pro.
Infinix has also brought several products from its AIoT and accessories lineup to the store. These include power banks, hair dryers, a 45W GaN charger, the Genie badge, ZClip 2 Pro, Xbuds N5, ZClip 2, GT Buds 5 and Xbuds 5.
The company says the store's “X” element is meant to represent opportunities around gaming, music, creative partnerships and community activities.
What Comes Next?
Infinix has chosen Bali for its first global Flagship Concept Store, with the local culture helping shape the space. The company is using the location to bring its Joy Tech philosophy into a physical setting, rather than limiting the idea to its devices.
The Bali store is also part of a wider retail plan. Sergio Ticoalu, Southeast Asia marketing director at Infinix, said the company intends to open five more flagship stores across Indonesia in 2026.
All the products showcased at the Bali location are available for purchase through the store.
