Following the release of their first smartphone based on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Intex has come up with their first 3.5G data card in India. Early this year, Intex launched their first 3G data card.
The data card offers high speed 3G wireless connectivity with 7.2Mbps and 5.76Mbps download speeds. It supports GPRS enabled SIM cards on 2G platform.
The 3.5G data card provides access to SMS and phonebook and supports Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), which lets users check their pre-paid balance. Further, dual antenna offers better signal strength.
Intex 3.5G wireless data card supports micro SD cards up to 16GB and is compatible with most of the operating systems such as Windows XP/Vista/7 and Mac OS respectively.
Coming to the pricing, the wireless data card is available for Rs 1,800 and it can be purchased from IT and Telecom Channel Partners, online shopping sites hypermarkets and Intex Squares retail stores across India.
