Lava Iris 100 Lite, Entry-Level Smartphone With Dual-SIM On Sale At Rs. 3,049

Lava, the Indian smartphone maker, recently released the Iris 348 and Iris 349 smartphone, and now the Iris 100 Lite has been listed on the company's site at a price tag of Rs. 3,049.

The Lava Iris 100 Lite is an entry-level smartphone, comes with dual-SIM support and runs on older version of Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The handset sports a 4-inch WVGA TFT display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution.

It is powered by a 1GHz single-core Cortex A5 processor paired with a 256MB of RAM and has 512MB of inbuilt storage, which can be expandable using microSD card up to 32GB.

The Iris 100 Lite comes with a 2MP rear-facing camera with LED flash, a 0.3MP front-facing camera. For connectivity, it offers GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Micro-USB and no 3G connectivity support.

The smartphone is packed with 1400mAh battery, which the company claims to deliver up to 240 hours of standby time and is available in Black and White color options.
