List of Smartphones and Tablets Launched For the Week Ending October 28
Nokia Asha 308, Lumia 510

Nokia has released two smartphones this week – Asha 305 and entry-level Lumia 510.
As far as the specs are concerned, Asha 308 has a 3 inch capacitive multi-point touchscreen display with 400 x 240 pixel resolution, 800MHz processor, 2MP rear camera with fixed focus, 64MB internal memory, 128MB mass memory and a micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB expandable memory.
In terms of connectivity, Asha 308 packs features including Bluetooth and micro USB 2.0. Also, the handset is powered by a 1,110 mAh BL-4U battery. Nokia has released the dual SIM version – Asha 308 for a price tag of Rs 5,685.

Coming Lumia 510, the handset houses a 4 inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, 800MHz single-core processor, 4GB internal memory, 256MB RAM, 7GB SkyDrive cloud storage space, 5MP rear camera, 1,300 mAh BP-3L battery and connectivity features including Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G and micro USB 2.0 port.
Running on Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS, Lumia 510 lacks a micro SD card slot for expandable memory support and a VGA front camera for video calling.
Nokia has priced Lumia 510 competitively at Rs 11,000 making it the cheapest Windows Phone handset. Moreover, the handset will be made available for sale from the first week of November.
