Motorola Razr, Razr Maxx gets Android ICS [Video]
Motorola has announced the Android 4.0.4 ICS update for the Razr and Razr Maxx smartphones officially. Recently, Motorola offered a sneak peak at the new look of the ICS update on the two smartphones. As per the announcement, the Razr and Razr Maxx phones that are offered by Verizon Wireless, the US carrier will get the operating system update at first. The brand recently launched the Razr Maxx smartphone in India for a price of Rs 31,590.
Motorola released the demo videos showing the new features of the Android ICS on the smartphones recently. Apart from the usual features that come with the ICS, the update brings in some more features. Motorola has added its own suite of exceptional apps with the Android 4.0 ICS upgrade. The applications include video calling portal, smartactions, backup assistant plus and new versions of Google Mobile apps that have improved features. The brand has been sensuous in using the MotoBlur UI.
Motorola released a promotional video for the users who are confused and thrilled about what the update will bring to the smartphones.
