Motorola India, today unveiled the first 'Moto Care' flaghip center in India. This customer support-cum-service center is now open at The High Street, 11th Main Rd, 4th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
The facility is spread across 3000sq ft with the latest interior design features and experiences unique to Motorola.
Moving to the service support, it will give consumers a walk-in service experience and provides various queries across software upgrades and device hardware repair.
On the Experience Zone, buyers can get a chance to experience the product like Moto X (including leather and wood version), Moto G, Moto E, Moto Turbo, Motorola Nexus and Moto 360. Also the zone can facilitate online orders via FlipKart.

Moreover, Motorola have Moto care App on the devices, Moto Care on Wheels, which is a pilot project that has been initiated in New Delhi, customer service support via the online customer service portal and over 150 repair and service shops available across India.
The company had earlier stated that it will target the metropolitan cities first. It intends to establish around 5-10 center initially.
According to the Motorola Press release, "As further proof of Motorola's focus on service, today we unveiled our first ‘Moto Care' flagship center in India. Located in the heart of Bangalore, this facility will provide best-in-class service and support to customers - while also offering a state-of-the art experience zone, allowing consumers to get ‘hands on' with our product portfolio.
